The king room I got was complete with the terrace, shower, as example. The food was savoury with variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect, in a quiet area. The service was absolutely very good...

exploring rome made easy from this central hotel
The hotel is just a short walk from the fine Santa Costanza and a few minutes away from delicious local restaurants like Kirin. The staff are friendly and provide great tips for getting around, like the nearby metro station to reach all major attractions easily.

The service staff on the night desk were helpful with information when we arrived.
Unfortunately, this hotel has been let down by it's own location. It was very difficult to find. I am a traveller that likes to use public transport and finding my own way around without the use of taxis. (NB when i wanted to find a taxi, there wasn't one available) This place was far outside of the city centre and located in a small side street. With only a small understanding of the Italian language it was hard to get the correct directions as the local area map was not very accurate to follow.

I thoroughly enjoyed the good small and modern hotel.
I had a really great experience here, everything was fine, the location was marvellous close to The Sistine Chapel, colosseum or Vatican City, and most areas of Rome by metro. My room included a minibar, climate control, and an individual safe. The bathroom was nice with a bathtub. The services were good. Besides, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a bonus🙂😃

Very friendly and accommodating staff; free extensive breakfast on outdoor terrace with meats and cheeses, cereals, yogurt; fridge in room; free wireless internet (but slow!); balcony (accessible through bathroom window!); lots of shops and restaurants nearby; free public parking on site. Highly recommended!
Room was a little cramped; no elevator so had to lug suitcases up stairs; 30 minutes to city center by walking and subway.

Efficient, clean, no nonsense accomodation with a good location in town.

The stay included a generous breakfast with a good selection, particularly the pastries, a highlight. The experience was marred by persistent issues. The first room had a strong sewage odor and a malfunctioning toilet, and a drain issue in the second room led to an unpleasant shower experience. Adding to the discomfort were the thin walls.

It's near a bus station which can take you quickly to the metro or any place in Central Rome. The breakfast was also very good.
The place seemed a bit old and rundown. Most of the staff was very helpful except for one guy who never had time for any of our questions.
